Brian S. Mass

Brian Mass is a Managing Partner of MASS Advisory Partners.

Brian has been involved in the Information Technology Services industry for the past thirteen years. Prior to MASS Advisory Services, Brian was a Director in Citigroup’s Global Technology Investment Banking Group and specialized in providing corporate finance and advisory services for IT Services companies.

Brian joined Citigroup in 1998 as an Analyst in the Global Technology Investment Banking group. From 2000 to 2001, Brian was an Analyst at Rho Ventures, a venture capital firm with over $2 billion under management. Brian rejoined Citigroup's Global Technology Investment Banking Group in 2001.

During his over twelve years with Citigroup, Brian executed over $70 billion in M&A, equity and fixed income transactions for IT, BPO and CRM Outsourcing companies including the $8 billion sale of ACS to Xerox, the $14 billion sale of EDS to HP, over $1.5 billion in financing plus the $550 million acquisition of Headstrong for Genpact, the $5 billion sale of Hewitt to Aon, the GBP 385 million sale of Intelenet Global Services to Serco Group and various other advisory and financing transactions for companies such as Accenture, EXL Service, IBM, SAIC, SRA, TeleTech, Unisys, West and Wipro.

Brian received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

David L. Schwed

Managing Partner

David Schwed is a Managing Partner of MASS Advisory Partners.

David has over 15 years of information technology and risk management experience working in the financial services sector. He has held numerous IT management positions and has served as a Vice President in the Internal Audit and information security departments of major global financial institutions. David is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

David received his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.

Ivan Brightly

Senior Advisor

Ivan Brightly is a Senior Advisor at MASS Advisory Partners.

Ivan is a twelve-year veteran in the Information Technology industry with a focus on the financial services sector.

Ivan most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Forex Capital Markets (FXCM). During his tenure with FXCM, Ivan implemented IT strategies that enabled the company to grow four-fold to over 200,000 customer accounts and expand from 3 to 15 locations worldwide. Ivan was also responsible for the IT integration of several large partnerships and acquisitions including E-TRADE, ODL Securities, FXCM Japan Securities and Foreland Forex.

Ivan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
